Over the last few days we have taken reports of two theft from motor vehicle on the City West area where windows have been smashed in order to secure entry and property stolen from within.

One vehicle attacked on Aspley Lane between 18:00 on 30/01/2024 and 10:00 on 31/01/2024.

The second vehicle was entered on Broxtowe Lane between 23:00 on 30/01/2024 and 07:20 on 31/01/2024.

Please ensure that if you leave your vehicle unattended that it is locked and report any person you see acting suspiciously around vehicles and ensure that there are no valuables on show. If a crime is in progress, then please contact Nottinghamshire Police on 999.
