Another knife carrier arrested

We arrested a suspected knife carrier after proactive police work in Clifton.

Officers on patrol came across two young people in suspicious circumstances at the rear of shops on Southchurch drive on Friday evening. Both ran from police and were detained a short distance away with a machete being located.

A 15 year old boy was arrested on suspicion of Possession of a Bladed article.
