CRIME update for June 2026 |

Dear Resident
Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the Dunkirk Police beat area during the month of June.
Burglaries residential = 3 17/06 Greenfield Street – entry gained via unlocked rear door whilst occupants asleep, Xbox games console, 2x Xbox controllers and laptop stolen. 19/06 Lace Street – Property burgled, rear door found opened. 27/06 Montpelier Road – CCTV captures attempt break by 4 people masked up.
Criminal damage = 2 20/06 Redfield Way – Between 4pm and 6:45pm, offender has snapped and stolen wing mirror damaging vehicle parked in Ten-pin bowling car park. CCTV captured incident of offender and VRM of offending vehicle. 26/06 Queens Road – Wing mirror of vehicle slapped/smacked by an unknown person as vehicle was being driven passing the male.
Theft of motor vehicle = 1 07/06 Redfield Way – Motorbike stolen from Showcase cinema car park between 3:30pm and 7:15pm.
Theft from vehicle = 3 05/06 Brailsford Road – Vehicle broken into, money and military car pass stolen 20/06 Redfield Way – Between 4pm and 6:45pm, offender has stolen wing mirror of vehicle parked in Ten-pin bowling car park. CCTV captured incident of offender and VRM of offending vehicle. 20/06 Beeston Road – suspect have gained entry to insecure vehicle, untidy search and items stolen from within before making off from the area.
