CRIME update for July 2026

Dear Resident

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the QMC Police beat area during the month of July. 

Burglaries residential = 1

26/07 Swenson Avenue – Victim finds male suspect inside property attempting burglary, subsequently arrested.

Criminal damage = 0

Theft of motor vehicle = 0

Theft from vehicle = 3

Between 13/07 and 14/07 QMC car park – Rear vehicle registration number plate stolen.

Between 18/07 and 19/07 QMC car park – Earring from coin tray stolen from within.

20/07 Swenson Avenue – Between 5:30pm and 21:11pm, vehicle broken into whereby HP Elite laptop, money and Ralph Lauren cross body bag stolen from within.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS, ENSURE YOU REMOVE ALL VALUABLE ITEMS FROM VISIBLE VIEW
